We are seeking a dedicated New Business Sales Manager to join our Industrial, Manufacturing, and Transport (IMT) Team. Reporting to the Head of New Business Sales, this role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SaaS sales and Quality and Safety Compliance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these domains and a passion for fostering new client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Qualify Sales Opportunities: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's offerings and objectives, supporting your territory plan to achieve consistent quarterly and annual quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update records of all opportunities within the company’s CRM system. Prepare weekly forecast reviews to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Process Guidance: Guide prospects through the New Business sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, utilising the Ideagen sales process and methodology.
- Sales Messaging: Craft clear and persuasive sales messages that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management and prioritisation skills to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
- Negotiation: Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close deals and set terms that are favourable to both the company and the client.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport and establish trust with new contacts throughout the sales process.
- Customer Success: Apply knowledge of customer success strategies to ensure new clients achieve their desired outcomes with Ideagen's solution

Skills and Experience

- Sales Messaging: Proficient in creating clear and persuasive sales messages.
- Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage time and prioritise tasks in a dynamic sales environment.
- Negotiation:** Skilled in negotiating deals and setting favourable terms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with new contacts.
- Customer Success: Understanding of customer success strategies and practises to ensure client satisfaction.
- SaaS Sales Experience: Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly within the Quality and Safety Compliance sectors in the IMT domain.
