Why join us

Joining Sainsbury's Bank as an Assistant Manager in Financial Control offers you the opportunity to be a pivotal member of our Finance team, contributing to the design and management of financial processes for specific products and services. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing financial processes and controls to support business change initiatives, supporting the external audit process, and driving process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

With a keen eye for detail, exceptional PC skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, you play a key role in supporting the Bank's financial close process, monthly reporting, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver results and drive process improvements within the team.
