About the Role

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to lead and mentor a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high standards of reporting and financial control
  • Work closely with commercial managers, providing financial insights and decision support to drive business performance
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyse profitability across different projects, contracts, and service lines, contributing to strategic planning and growth
  • Conduct cost and variance analysis, using financial data to inform budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Act as a business partner to non-financial departments, fostering collaboration and offering financial expertise
  • Participate in ad hoc financial projects and presentations to senior management as required

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with proven experience in preparing management accounts. You should be commercially astute, with a proactive approach to improving processes and driving business performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels are essential for success in this role.
