About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Financial Control. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing financial processes for specific products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage financial processes and controls for specific products and services, ensuring accurate balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation controls;
  • Support the preparation of monthly reporting, producing management information and analysis for management accounts and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the Bank's regulatory and statistical reporting requirements;
  • Implement financial processes and controls to support business change initiatives;
  • Support the external audit process and drive process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance operations, with experience in financial reporting, controls, and process improvement. A qualified or part-qualified accountant with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
