Roleof the Fan Support Team Member

Aspart of our commitment to making matchdays special at the GtechCommunity Stadium we want every fans experience to be as enjoyableas possible.

To support our commitment we arerecruiting a number of Fan Support Team Member positions. Thesuccessful Fan Support Team Member candidates will be there tooffer a friendly face on matchdays provide information and supportus in enhancing the matchday experience for our fans at the GtechCommunity Stadium.

MainAccountabilities

  • Create and promote a safe and welcoming environment for supportersat the Gtech CommunityStadium.
  • Assist fansarriving and leaving the stadium.
  • Provide information tofans on the local area community and transportoptions.
  • Gather supporterfeedback on matchdays and assist with comments suggestions andcomplaints to improve fans matchday experience as part of the Fan& Community Relationsteam.
  • Provideaccessibility support for home and away fans visiting thestadium.
  • Support otherevents including Gtech Community Stadium Tours fan events and otherBrentford Football Clubfixtures.

GeneralClubAccountabilities

  • Toensure compliance with all relevant Club policies includingsafeguarding health and safety policies and with specific referenceto the data regulations (GDPR and PECR)
  • Toensure compliance with the Clubs Code ofConduct.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevantlegal regulatory ethical and socialrequirements
  • To build and maintain good workingrelationships both internally and externally maintaining aprofessional image at all times when representing BrentfordFC
  • To keep confidential any information gainedregarding the Club and its personnel
  • Tomaintain a flexible approach to work at alltimes.
  • To ensure compliance with the ClubsSafeguarding Policy and processes.
  • To ensurethat any concerns you observe or are raised with you in your roleare shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriatechannels.
  • To promote equity diversity andinclusion at the Club in line with our EDIstrategy
  • To promote and support positive mentalhealth and wellbeing throughout the Club both on and off thefield.
