Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team at our Ruby site.  

As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the business, and will report directly to the site Procurement Services Manager.

Procurement Coordinator is a Culina Group wide role, responsible for delivering an administrative service to both the Procurement function and wider business, in order to facilitate the P2P process, as well as other key processes. Joining a new and evolving Procurement function, the role holder will be a flexible, proactive and resilient individual, who is capable of working accurately and consistently, in a fast paced environment, with competing demands on their time.

This is a full time, permanent position Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm offering a  salary of between £26,000 to £31,000 depending on experience. 

Job responsibilities of Procurement Coordinator include:

  • Supplier profile data management [Master data]
  • General SAP P2P support and reporting
  • Fuel ordering; including goods receipting [GRN], fuel reports & updating fuel costs
  • Merchandise ordering
  • Invoice audit checks
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Travel bookings; Hotels, train & flights
  • Overall Procurement function support

Qualifications

To apply for the role of Procurement Coordinator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

  • Proven ability to effectively and proactively complete complex administrative tasks to a consistently high standard
  • Proven ability to effectively and accurately prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle both numerical and word based / verbal challenges
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Proven ability to rapidly build strong relationships sufficient to support role
  • Experience of using Microsoft suite to assist in completing of tasks [Excel, Word & Teams]
  • Experience of managing a P2P process on SAP
  • Experience of working alongside a Procurement function, providing support as required
