**About the role**

As the first point of contact for our future employees, you will play a key part in ensuring we find the best talent for our early careers roles, and you’ll use all your experience in recruitment to ensure that they decide Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is the place to develop their career.
You’ll take ownership of the recruitment cycles for early careers roles across the business,

**About you**

You’ll need experience in Managing the Early Careers recruitment lifecycle, you’ll need to have a passion for delivering the highest quality service and be excellent at organising and coordinating people and processes. DE&I will be a big driver in how you design and implement the sourcing, screening and selection of our early talent to ensure we give opportunities to the very best from any sector of society

You’ll have confidence in your experience and knowledge of recruitment to enable you to influence and change how we attract and hire these crucial roles that will represent the future success of the business.
