HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Practical Action. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our people strategy, working closely with senior leaders and managers to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with the Global People and Culture Team to design and deliver HR programs and services that meet the needs of our global workforce.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience in professional HR roles, preferably in a global context.
- Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
