We’re looking for an Integration Product Owner to join our Technology Team on a remote basis.

Following on from a major finance transformation rollout across Bauer the landscape for the Audio countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, and Slovakia) now contains a key integration layer within the architecture. This layer is the interconnect between CRMs, Sales Systems, and the Finance System (S4/HANA).

As an Integration Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the Audio enterprise system integration strategy, roadmap, and execution of integration requirement within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within each country Sales, Finance and technical teams to ensure seamless integration as a service.

This is a  hybrid role with one or two days a week in one of Bauer Media Group's offices in London, Peterborough or Manchester .

What you’ll bring

Strategy - Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy. Prioritise - Define and prioritise integration features and enhancements. Collaborate - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and create detailed integration specifications. Knowledge Sharing - Build and document knowledge an understanding of the Bauer system landscape. Requirements alignment - Work closely with Integration Analyst to translate requirements into technical solutions. Product Management - Manage the integration product backlog, prioritize features, and plan releases accordingly. Ownership - Act as the primary point of contact for all Bauer Audio integration-related matters. Monitor - Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrations, collecting feedback from users and stakeholders. SME - Serve as a subject matter expert on integration capabilities.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent level of experience. Proven experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role. Experience of working with Master Data Management, Sales Systems and CRM technologies. Understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies
