KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Senior leadership role within the North Care Partnership. Developing and sustaining strong relationships across system partners. Leading on health and care integration and creating Integrated Teams across the North Care Partnership.

Programme planning; active management and detailed overview of the North Care Partnership Integrated Neighbourhood programme; development and maintenance of an overall programme plan to ensure and track implementation.


Reporting of progress to the North Care Partnership Board; Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board and the North Partner organisations and other management and leadership groups as required.

Development and implementation of programme planning methodology for use in all workstreams; leadership role in directing to teams to develop detailed project plans.

Management of programme governance. Coordination of workstreams; identification of interdependencies, risks and issues; unblocker for issues identified to enable projects to progress.

Manage the production of business cases, providing expert in-depth professional knowledge to support their development. Communicating and engaging with local residents and key partner organisations. Tracking resource utilisation across the team. Development of tracking tools to provide assurance that programmes of work are being delivered as planned.

Budget holder; required to manage and report on the neighbourhood budgets. Line management of staff. Create and sustain a positive culture within the team and the wider system partners. Communicate and advocate for the work being done in local communities across the system with partners at all organisational levels
