Job Title: Head of Policy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region, with a focus on increasing market access and driving sales and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Analyse and interpret data to present meaningful insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organisational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market access strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the NHS and other healthcare organisations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a matrix team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
