Job Title: Head of Policy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Policy. As a key member of our matrix team, you will be responsible for implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimising formulary listings within wound care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Analyse and interpret data to present meaningful insights.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organisational structure, particularly within the ICS.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market access strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license.
