Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national market access strategies to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimising formulary listings within wound care.
  • Drive sales and account growth by working in partnership with the NHS.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Analyse and interpret data to present meaningful insights.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organisational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in market access and strategic partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and its policies.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
