Job Details

  • Leading the development and strategy of our Voice of Customer (VOC) programme and our Customer Insight capability, delivering to the business the voice of the customer
  • Building a customer insight data strategy and a supporting plan for your team, and delivering the plan within agreed timescales and budget
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder requests
  • Leading the development of processes, approaches and tools that strengthen the capability and organisation of the team
  • Line managing more junior team members, providing them with the skills and support they need to achieve their targets, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Providing day to day thought, direct leadership and problem solving to support the team



Skills we would love you to have

  • Experience in leading analytical teams with demonstrable success with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of leading customer listening programmes HIGHLY advantageous
  • Exceptional data visualisation skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders to create actionable insight
  • Advanced skills in the use of statistical software packages (SWL, SQL, R, Python etc. and MS Office) would be highly beneficial

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
