Are you a creative leader with a passion for marketing and a drive for success? Walker Filtration is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy. Based in Washington, Tyne & Wear, UK, this role offers the opportunity to spearhead our marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and drive revenue growth internationally. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Lead and mentor a multi-site marketing team located in the US & UK, fostering professional development and collaboration.Drive the development of marketing strategies to support local and Group business growth goals, including identifying new target markets and applications.Oversee the Group's digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.Manage and enhance the Group's brand strategy to maintain relevance and equity in the market.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, contributing to global business development and new product strategies.

Qualifications:

Suitably qualified in a relevant field.Demonstratable marketing experience, plus multiple years in a management role.Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation, preferably in industrial products.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organisation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools; experience with digital marketing platforms preferred.Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset.
