**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, organise, and analyse marketing data to generate reports and insights.
- Utilise Excel to manage databases, create spreadsheets, and perform data analysis.
- Assist in the interpretation of data trends to support marketing decisions and campaigns.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analysis tools.
- Help co-ordinate marketing activities and materials, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
- **Content and Collateral Creation**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop visual marketing materials.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Support the digital marketing efforts by assisting in the management of social media accounts, website content, and online advertising.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Qualified to drive with access to a vehicle.
- Interest in the Motor industry.
