Based in Washington, Tyne & Wear, UK, this role offers the opportunity to spearhead our marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and drive revenue growth internationally. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Lead and mentor a multi-site marketing team located in the US & UK, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Drive the development of marketing strategies to support local and Group business growth goals, including identifying new target markets and applications.
- Oversee the Group's digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage and enhance the Group's brand strategy to maintain relevance and equity in the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, contributing to global business development and new product strategies.
Qualifications:
- Suitably qualified in a relevant field.
- Demonstratable marketing experience, plus multiple years in a management role.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation, preferably in industrial products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools; experience with digital marketing platforms preferred.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset.
