Your role exists due to the previous Marketing Coordinator excelling and being promoted within 8 months of joining the business.

- **Your Role - Marketing Coordinator**_

Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, your mission is to support the wider marketing team in the UK & US across multiple aspects of marketing, PR and events management.
- **Your Responsibilities - Marketing Coordinator**:_
- Love to travel? Enjoy travelling to trade shows across Europe and the US.
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager on a wide range of marketing projects for UK
& Europe.
- Liaise with UK & European Sales Team, US marketing team, UK Marketing team and
external agencies and suppliers to create marketing content and materials as required.
- Trade Shows & Events - to manage marketing content for trade shows in USA, UK &
Europe and all marketing elements of sponsored events
- Manage stock of goodie bags and gifts globally for all events - organise suppliers,
deliveries and fulfilment.
- Pro-actively reviewing co-op spend across UK & European customers to maximise
marketing via their retail network.
- Keep records of all marketing requests and marketing spend.
- To write collection and product descriptions, press releases and content
- including coordination of translations
- PR - Building relationships with print and online editors, sending content on a regular
basis to obtain coverage
- Assisting on photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns
- **Your Background & Experience - Marketing Coordinator**:_
- You must have at least 2 years of marketing experience
- It is essential that you have excellent writing skills
- You must be happy with 10-20 days of international travel per year for trade shows
- You must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- It is essential that you are able to work in the office at least 4 days per week in West Sussex
- Ideally you will have previous PR & events coordination experience. If you do not have this experience you must be able to show a keen interest to learn in these areas.
- Ideally you will have some experience of using MS Excel at an intermediate level. If you do not have this experience you must be willing to undertake company training courses to learn.
