Job Description: Diesel Generator (DG)Rentals Specialist
PositionSummary: We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Generator (DG)Rentals Specialist to join our team. As a DG Rentals Specialist youwill be responsible for managing the rental of diesel generators tocustomers ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptionalcustomer service. Your expertise in diesel generators stronginterpersonal skills and ability to handle rental logistics will bekey to your success in this role. Location: North (Jammu & KashmirHimachal Pradesh Punjab Uttarakhand Haryana Delhi Rajasthan andUttar Pradesh and UT Chandigarh) Salary: 12 Lacs CTC Per Annum
Responsibilities:
Coordinate andmanage the rental process for diesel generators including customerinquiries accurate quoting negotiating rental agreements andarranging timely equipment delivery and pickup.
Buildand maintain strong customer relationships understanding theirpower requirements and offering appropriate generator solutions.Address customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly andprofessionally.
Demonstrate a deep understanding ofdiesel generators their specifications features and applications.Advise customers on suitable generator options based on their powerneeds and site conditions.
Collaborate with themaintenance team to ensure rental generators are properly servicedrepaired and maintained to meet operational requirements. Conductregular equipment inspections for optimal performance.
Maintain accurate rental records including contracts invoices andcustomer details. Generate reports on rental activities revenue andcustomer feedback.
Stay updated on market trendscompetitor offerings and pricing strategies. Identify opportunitiesto expand the rental business and propose growthstrategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulationsand standards in all rental operations. Provide customers withappropriate safety instructions for operating dieselgenerators. Qualifications:
High school diploma orequivalent; technical or engineering degree is a plus.
Proven experience in rental management preferably in the dieselgenerator industry.
Strong knowledge of diesel generatoroperation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact withcustomers colleagues and vendors.
Ability to work in afastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time management skills.
Proficient inusing computer software and applications for generating quotesmanaging documentation and tracking rentalactivities.
