ATA Recruitment is a prominent provider of skilled, multi-disciplined personnel in the rail sector. We are currently seeking a Resource Allocation Specialist who embodies our values to join our dynamic team.
In the role of Resource Allocation Specialist, you will be tasked with meeting client demands by deploying qualified contractors within designated timeframes. Acting as a liaison for clients when necessary, you will prioritize building robust relationships. It is essential that all operations adhere to the company's management protocols and HSQE standards. As a vital member of this expanding team, this position is perfect for someone eager to advance their career while driving business success and enhancing existing partnerships.
Applicants should possess a background in the rail industry and ideally have experience in a recruitment setting, whether in an agency or in-house. Familiarity with various recruitment strategies, including social media and online advertising, as well as direct candidate sourcing, is required. Strong administrative capabilities, along with experience in candidate management and the application of screening criteria for suitability assessment, are essential. A collaborative spirit is necessary to ensure that both client and team goals are achieved.
The successful Resource Allocation Specialist will be accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
Operational Delivery
- Deploying workforce in accordance with client requests
- Recruiting personnel through various channels, including websites, referrals, advertisements, and other means
- Evaluating personnel's knowledge, skills, and experience while managing training requirements as needed
- Overseeing vehicle and fuel usage to minimize costs effectively
Client Relations and Sales
- Maintaining strong client relationships and generating additional sales through follow-ups on leads
- Participating in sales, delivery, and review meetings with the department manager
- Handling sales administration, including timesheet management and pay rate setup
Safety and Compliance
- Conducting site safety audits and ensuring timely completion of all actions
- Communicating all safety briefings to the workforce
- Verifying that all personnel possess documented right-to-work proof in the UK and are sponsored by the company prior to deployment
