About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing our Lettings Business across three offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Appraisals: Conduct market appraisals across three branches to ensure accurate valuations and maximize market share.
- Business Growth: Focus on generating new and repeat business, driving growth, and increasing market share.
- Team Management: Manage a team of eight, providing guidance, support, and regular team meetings to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Reporting: Regularly report to the directors on a weekly and monthly basis, providing updates on business performance and progress.
- Target Achievement: Ensure office targets are met and exceeded, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Cross-Selling: Cross-sell Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services to clients, ensuring a comprehensive range of services is offered.
- Service Levels: Maintain high service levels and positive reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record at a Senior/Branch level, with experience of increasing market share and driving business growth.
- People Management: Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
