Salary: 23,400.00 per annum, prorata.

If so,we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team asa Project Support Administrator.
About the Role:
As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of the Project Management Office(PMO) and change delivery team. Your responsibilities willinclude:
- Responding promptly to emailssent to the central PMO mailboxes.
- Maintaininga tracker to record new change requests, purchase orders, invoices,and in-flight project statuses.
- Constantlytracking the progress of projects, change requests, and purchaseorders.
- Scheduling meetings in Outlookcalendars and creating meetingagendas.
- Capturing and typing accurate meetingminutes and actions.
- Creating and maintainingfiling systems in SharePoint to ensure all project documents arestored efficiently.
- Issuing reminders to teammembers and colleagues to ensure key tasks, such as timesheetsubmissions and project reporting, are completed ontime.
- Providing administrative support to largeprojects and programs to ensure smooth operations and recordedgovernanceactivity.
EssentialKnowledge, Experience, andSkills:
- Excellentorganisational skills with a confident approach to prioritisingactivities based on risk, time sensitivities, andimportance.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel,including designing databases and manipulating data using pivottables and formulae.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook,Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention todetail and a desire to provide high-quality outputs in line withcompany branding guidelines.
- Calm,approachable, and able to develop good relationships with teammembers and stakeholders.
- Strong team workingskills and the ability to support colleagues whenneeded.
- Ability to work under pressure withintime frames and view challengespositively.
DesirableKnowledge, Experience, andSkills:
- Exposure to orprevious experience of working within a project environment wouldbe helpful but is notessential.
EducationandQualifications:
- GCSEGrade C in Maths and English orequivalent.
