Dove & Hawk are partnered with one of the UK's biggest agents, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team, in Harpenden.

The successful candidate will be motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic, with a proven track record of success within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about trends in the local residential property market.
  • Perform well in a target-driven environment.
  • Follow the meet and greet procedure as per the training program.
  • Act as a point of contact for ongoing client care.
  • Represent vendors in negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Handle buyer inquiries through Reapit, calls, and visits.
  • Conduct viewings with prospective purchasers.
  • Understand the offer process thoroughly.
  • Build the sales business by leveraging contacts and creating new opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on Reapit daily, keep in touch with buyers, and archive as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists, and displays, monitoring, and printing as needed.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Manage your diary efficiently in respect to team members' schedules.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
  • Adhere to ISO, Money Laundering, and Health & Safety legislation.

Necessary Skills

  • Self-Motivated and target-driven.
  • Adaptable with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident in using the telephone to generate leads from the database.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and purchasers.
  • Ideally, two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
  • Empathetic to clients' needs with a desire to offer unparalleled client care.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am to 4pm (every second or third Saturday)
