Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Links MedicalPractice for an Executive Partner Personal Assistant/Business Delivery Support .

This role is a temporary position for 3 months and we wouldlike this position to start from 3rd June 2024. We would like anindividual who is enthusiastic, organised, has strong communication skills andexperience of previous secretarial work (ideally linked with experience ofworking in General Practice).

Main duties of the job

The role isto support the executive partner in administrative duties related to thepractice function which includes (but is not limited to) CQC reporting,complaints management, contracts, liaising with external agencies and the PCN,attending internal and external meetings as practice representative, supportingemployee appraisals.

About us

The practice is managed by 5 GP Partners and the Practice Manager.

Additional team members are a further 3 GPs, 3 Physicians Associates and 4 members of the nursing team. There are approximately 18 administrative and reception team members. We also actively collaborate with Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group and 2 other practices as a Primary Care Network team.

The practice values each other and the skills individuals contribute to the practice both in terms of daily work schedule and the delivering of patient care.

We take part in practice based research. We are also a training practice for medical students and trainee nurses and we offer excellent support and training, the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge in a friendly learning environment, and an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a well-established and growing practice.

JOB TITLE: ExecutivePartner Personal Assistant/Business Delivery Support.

Rate of pay: TBC,Depending on experience

Hours: 32 hours perweek across 4 days To be agreed with Executive Partner

Reporting to:Executive Partner

Accountable to: AllPractice Partners

The post holder will be expected to work independently usingtheir own initiative to ensure daily tasks and on-going responsibilities areprioritised and completed within agreed timeframes. This role is subject to ahigh degree of confidentiality in line with the information that will beaccessed within the day-to-day duties. The post holder will be diplomatic withhighly developed communication skills, the ability to engage with a range ofstakeholders and will have proven IT experience.
