Main duties of the job

Your Role:

As an Estates Maintenance Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospitals remain safe, functional, and comfortable for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Planned Maintenance: Executing a range of planned maintenance tasks to keep our buildings, plant, and equipment in top condition. Safety First: Prioritising safety by conducting regular inspections and addressing potential hazards to create a secure environment. Exceptional Service: Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Flexible Support: Adapting to changing priorities and working flexibly to support our clinical teams and patient care.
