We are currently looking for a cleaner/care taker based in Dewsbury (WF12 9AQ) and Batley (WF17 6JH).

This is between two sites and is a great opportunity to join a Local Real Estate Company.
- Weeding
- Ground maintenance duties using hand tools
- Cleaning Yard Areas and Car Parks
- Waste removal

Job Specifics:

- Working Hours: 9am - 1pm
- Working Days: 4 - 5 days per week
- Permanent position with Part Time hours
- Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour + Holiday Pay
- Previous maintenance experience advantageous
- Able to work on your own
