Job Description
This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Ganger Groundworker to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and executing ground maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £18.00 (PAYE), paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ground maintenance activities on construction sites
- Manage and supervise teams of workers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a civil ganger
- Valid CSCS card
- Right to work in the UK
- SSSTS or SMSTS certificate
