We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant, on a part time basis, to join the Company Commercial Team in our Swindon office, to provide an excellent administrative service and a file opening process, including the setup of new clients and matters. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices. To be our next Administration Assistant, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

Document/file management and assisting with financial management of client accounts Dictation of letters and attendance notes Data entry on new matter set up Ensuring the document management system is kept up to date

Whilst this role is based in Swindon there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners, based at our other offices. It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
