Summary

Responsible for providing administration & operational support to the Planning Team, service Centre’s, Engineers and Bottled Water drivers. Ensuring the customers journey with the business is met to the highest standard possible

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the Operational Support and Confirmations email mailboxes, responding to queries.
  • Responsible for answering internal and external calls into Operational Support telephone numbers.
  • Responsible for liaising with customers to ensure all engineer attendance and activities are booked in and relevant information is passed on to the engineers to allow the job to be completed successfully
  • Responsible for accurately updating all relevant systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring all drivers/engineers work orders are reported in correctly and the system is updated so the customer is charged correctly for any work completed
  • Responsible for processing all third party agent invoices to ensure the customer are charged for any deliveries and sanitisations

Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrated ability to handle a range of situations
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail
  • A proven track record of providing customer service
