**Sales Order & Customer Service Administrator**
**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team at International Insignia, a leader in bespoke clothing and accessories known for our extensive range of products and services. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Order & Customer Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service while managing detailed order processing. This role is crucial for the seamless operation of our sales and manufacturing processes, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact within our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Order & Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- **Order Processing**: Accurately and efficiently process customer sales orders using our order management software, ensuring a smooth handover to our warehouse for production.
- **Inventory and Supplier Coordination**: Order stock from suppliers and liaise with our warehouse team to monitor order progress, maintaining a seamless flow from order to production.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including invoice checking, maintaining our product sample database, managing spreadsheets, scanning documents, and general office filing.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment, ideally within a sales order processing or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is highly beneficial.
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
