**Purpose of role**

Billi UK prides itself on being the leading designer and manufacturer of boiling, chilled, still and sparkling filtered water systems.

The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Planning Manager to complete administrative tasks to help the Department run smoothly. This means handling with all aspects of work orders from the point it is booked in with the customer and sent to our Field Service Engineers to complete the job, to it being completed.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Liaising with customers regarding engineer visits such as booking and re-arranging jobs
- Answering calls from Engineers to help with customer queries
- Actioning notes on jobs such as administration updates on customer accounts or parts needing to be ordered
- Liaising with Warehouses and Freight companies regarding ordering and deliveries of parts
- Completing manual reporting of completed work orders for invoices to the customer
- Communicating with third party companies across the UK for outsourced work
- Scheduling routes for technicians occasionally to cover holidays/sickness/busy periods. Training will be given.

**Person specification**
- Good administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work closely with a very small team and also use your own initiative
- Knowledge of UK geography/postcodes is desirable
- Able to be flexible and adapt to a changes within a work day
- Good time keeping and strong verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
