Trainee Administrator

Responsibilities: ( But not limited to )
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with team management tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of CRM systems advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively both solo and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office while gaining valuable experience in office administration. **Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
