**Trainee Administrator**

**Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm**

**Friday, 9am - 2pm**

They are looking for a presentable and trustworthy administration assistant to come in and support the business operations and running the office. While doing the work, you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification to add to your CV, as well as building the practical skills in the workplace. **Your duties will included**:

- Looking after the website and social media platforms
- Customer Research
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Taking payments
- Speaking with Customers & clients
- Giving out quotation’s
- Learning about the company’s products
- All general admin duties
- Scanning
- Filing
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages
- Arranging hire equipment
- Update Spreadsheets
- Raising estimates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
