We're now looking to recruit a superstar Assistant Restaurant Manager to support with the daily leadership of our Pearly Cow Restaurant team from the front, making us the go to foodie destination in Brighton.
The Job
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll get to co- lead our amazing team in our Pearly Cow restaurant. You get to be part of continuing to build a young vibrant restaurant brand. You'll get to train your teams the way you see fit as well as work with a kitchen team where some of the best food in Brighton will be produced, and it will soon be the hottest table to book in town
No.124 will have various food outlets including our signature restaurant 'Pearly Cow', showcasing the best of British Meat and Seafood, a seafront terrace serving delicious small plates, a cosy private dining room and lounge-based snacks.
You'll ensure that our Pearly Cow Restaurant and private dining room offers a service that you would expect from a great restaurant yet unpretentious and relaxed.

You are food, beverage and hospitality obsessed. You love fine dining as much as you love a good burger- and take pride in serving perfectly. You understand how the restaurant works, from top to bottom. And most of all- you love your team- you know how to train, motivate and lead by example. You are hands on and love spending your time on the floor, not in front of a computer.
