Restaurant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Slim Chickens, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant. You will be responsible for leading by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality, and acting as a brand ambassador to build awareness of the Slim Chickens brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to.
- Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and Team Members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Support the delivery of all key training with the General Manager, identifying training needs and capability gaps within the team.
- Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO, and Financial Audits.
- Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards business objectives.
- Support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the Slims guest experience, through weekly and daily line checks.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working in a management position within the catering and hospitality industry.
- High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop your managers and team.
