Restaurant Operations Manager - German Doner Kebab
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant by delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience by delivering industry-leading service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and providing a unique and memorable experience.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that all restaurant operations are in line with German Doner Kebab's brand standards, including food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain brand standards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
