Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintenance of the restaurant's appearance
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
