Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for Italian food, a commitment to excellence, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial targets, monitor business performance, and make informed decisions to drive growth.
- Ensure the restaurant is always looking fabulous, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance.
