An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estate Manager to join the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association Estates team, based in York.
The Assistant Estate Manager plays a significant role in assisting with the oversight and support of the management and assurance of Hard and Soft FM services, for users of the Volunteer Estate.
The Assistant Estate Manager will be expected to work closely with customers, industry partners and other stakeholders to deliver the Hard and Soft FM services to the estate, under the guidance of the Estate Manager. In addition to FM services, the role involves assisting with the Association’s Land Management Services, which include residential lettings and the hiring of venues on the estate.
Experience working with customers to understand their needs and expectations is key to the role along with excellent communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude. The position is based in our offices in York and it will require some travel around the region with access to a work vehicle.
