Estate Agent Opportunity

Salary: £40,000 (Basic) & £60k (OTE)

Our esteemed client, a Strong Independent Agent, is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead their successful Estate Agency in York & Harrogate. As a key member of the team, you will oversee two offices and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Estate Agency and Lettings, with a proven track record of motivating and influencing teams. ARLA or equivalent qualification is essential. You will be responsible for generating new leads, developing client relationships, and implementing a growth strategy within the Lettings business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth through new lead generation and business development
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  3. Maximise branch profit through effective team management and motivation
  4. Implement a growth strategy within the Lettings business
  5. Manage performance and influence results through effective team management
Requirements
  1. Strong background in Estate Agency and Lettings
  2. Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of motivating and influencing teams
  3. ARLA or equivalent qualification
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  6. Full UK Driving Licence
