Customer Service Administrator - FMCG

Are you a dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, providing expert assistance and resolving issues.
  • Process orders and manage invoicing efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our database.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support sales, chase quotations, and assist in business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
