Our client, a leading, values driven engineering firm, is looking for a very organised individual for the role of Scheduling Coordinator with experience of planning and coordinating, ideally, within an engineering or construction business.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing, tracking and maintaining a large volume of work schedules 
  • Sending appropriate information the workers and clients 
  • Monitoring workers and company performance, gathering and tracking feedback
  • Constant re-evaluation of process and scheduling to improve performance 
  • Manage all administration for planning team
  • Working closely with other departments, ensuring a smooth communication process
  • Strive for customer service excellence at all times, by conducting regular calls and check ins
  • Keep accurate records at all times for the department, looking for efficiencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in scheduling or planning management or coordination
  • Confident attitude, good at communication and client relations

  • Ability to work at a fast pace with enthusiasm and tenacity
