The Role ofTelesales Executive
- This is an office based telesales role work aspart of a dynamic sociable team.
- Office hoursare 8am5pm
- You will be responsible for speakingto clients over the phone building relationships and identifyingnew business opportunities.
- This role is amixture of business development outbound calls as well as handlingincoming enquires.
- You will be tasked withmaking calls from the companys CRM system approaching small tomedium sized customers selling commercial waste servicecontracts.
- This is an entry / early career rolewhere the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from fulltraining
- As Telesales Sales Executive you willmake out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses)uncovering customer needs and selling the features andbenefits
- You will use your relationshipbuilding skills to development relationships with decision makerswho are typically business owners /managers.
- You will be provided customer detailsvia a CRM which will will use to help organise you and updateaccordingly.

The Requirements of theTelesales Sales Executive
- Telephone sales experience isadvantageous
- Our client will also considercustomer service backgrounds retail hospitality automotive sales orB2C (customer engagement backgrounds).
- You musthave an excellent telephone manner.
