We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Telesales Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying new business opportunities, and selling service contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to SMEs to uncover customer needs and sell the features and benefits of our services.
- Use your relationship-building skills to develop relationships with decision-makers, typically business owners or managers.
- Utilize our CRM system to organize and update customer interactions.
Our client is a market-leading service provider with a reputation for excellence, operating at the top end of the market. They provide facilities services and have built a strong brand over 100+ years.
Requirements- Telephone sales experience is advantageous, but we also consider customer service backgrounds, retail, hospitality, automotive sales, or B2C customer engagement backgrounds.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000.
- An uncapped commission structure, paid monthly, with a potential earning of £10,000.
- 24 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
- Company pension and a Personal Development Plan.
