Customer Care Manager, £40,000+, immediate start, City Centre based

Your new company 
This well-known and established organisation is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their exciting team to help grow the business and help with their customer experience.
Your new role 
You will be responsible for managing a small team of approx. 7 people within customer service. You will be providing training and coaching for them to help improve their skillset including soft skills. You will also be responsible for managing the reporting of the team and using software such as Excel and Salesforce. This will be to help analyse customer metrics including customer onboarding, service follow-up, customer dissatisfaction and more. You will also be pivotal in helping improve customer experience and continuously reviewing. This is a fully office-based role from Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30,
What you'll need to succeed 
Your previous experience working in a managerial role within customer care will help you succeed. You are experienced in coaching and leading a team. You have great communication skills along with excellent attention to detail and organisation. You're IT literate and can use Excel well. You are analytical and have experience creating reports, especially in Salesforce and Excel. You're personable and professional and have a great work ethic.
