- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor the competitor landscape to ensure the care home maintains its competitive advantage and identifies gaps in the local market.
- **Business Development**: Identify potential business and marketing opportunities within the local catchment area.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Home Manager and Head of Departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- **Reporting**: Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly required reports are completed accurately and on time.
- **Self-Motivated**: A self-motivated and flexible individual who is enthusiastic about sales and business development.
