We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Customer Care Co. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with existing customers in the light commercial vehicle market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light commercial vehicle market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles and other products
- Conduct test-drives and evaluate results to ensure customers receive the best possible solution
- Compile and send out offers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Plan and execute sales events, such as ride and drive events and exhibitions, to engage with customers and promote Mercedes-Benz products
- Foster relationships with key individuals, associations, and groups in the region to stay informed about market trends and customer needs
- Proven sales experience in the commercial vehicle industry, preferably with Mercedes-Benz
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of the light commercial vehicle market and Mercedes-Benz products
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Full and clean UK driving licence
