Job Introduction

MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS COORDINATOR  | PERMANENT |  £42,953

As the Manufacturing Systems Coordinator, you will efficiently manage all core system transactions related to the work order process for Bottling, Wine on Tap, Innovation, and Canning lines. This includes handling work order interfacing, monitoring work in progress (WIP), reconciling materials, wine, and finished products, as well as generating necessary reports. Additionally, you will ensure that all shop floor documentation is thoroughly quality checked for accuracy on every work order. 

The Key Requirements 

Strong Business Systems competency with JDE/JDA/Botec Relevant IT systems knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Previous experience within similar role Demonstrable knowledge in a manufacturing/stock control environment Communicates well at all levels and able to work well under pressure.

Encirc, entered a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the world’s leading premium wine producers, and purchased the assets of ‘The Park’ in Bristol on 1 February 2023. ‘The Park’ is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m²) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World
