**Who are we looking for?**:We are seeking a driven, motivated **Supply Chain & Export Coordinator** to join our team.

In this role you will will be responsible for overseeing the company’s supply chain and logistics systems as well as procurement.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)**:

- Responsible for compiling customer shipping documentation & organising vetting checks
- Liaising with internal/external departments including production, freight agents etc to deal with orders from start to finish
- Liaise with external hauliers, freight agents and customers as required
- Management of stock movements and orders through our hub in Bristol
- Reporting on orders and updating export spreadsheets
- Sign off goods as required before they are exported
- Samples - coordinating of samples with production, arranging couriers/transport
- Raising PO’s and invoicing export specific spend
- Process and maintain all export shipments and documentation in accordance with regulations and company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Own Unleashed Software, maintain accurate products/codes/prices/stock levels and ensure no interruption to the ordering and dispatching processes
- Forecast and demand planning for stock needs.
- Managing relationships with key suppliers and placing stock orders with suppliers.
- Arranging transport and logistics for movements.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitor and assess their performance and maintain cost-effective practices
- Ensure supplier contracts are in place and suppliers meet their service standards so we mitigate risk
- Manage goods in and goods out and ensure product traceability
- Implement logistic strategies, track goods from the origination point to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the stores (national and international)
- Identify and minimise risk by predicting the demand for products and manage thresholds and variances throughout the year
- Manage inventory, packing and distributing and ensure accurate and timely orders for all stores (UK & International)
- Liaise directly with stores for all order inquiries

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Preferably with experience in exporting to Middle Eastern countries
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Working experience of relevant software preferred (e.g. Unleashed)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Hands-on attitude
- Flexible and stress resistant personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise heavy workload and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task

**Hours of work**:
Full time, 5 days a week. (May include weekends in very busy periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
