:TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join the fast growing Accounts Sales Team in London who will focus on the PC-Console gaming ecosystem and clients for EMEA. About the role The Client Solutions Manager-Gaming is an expert in TikTok's branding and performance auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. Acting as trusted advocates, we connect key stakeholders, provide inspiration and insights, and drive collaboration that translates into long-term client partnerships and growth. Responsible for the day-to-day relationship and ensuring the success of advertiser investments, we proactively advise our clients on opportunities and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investments. Responsibilities:- Work closely with Sales to develop media plans for key clients with KPI deliverables in mind.- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs- Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative ad solutions.- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues- Test, iterate and innovate on potential TikTok ad solutions by building frameworks & best practices around marketing objectives and gaming verticals- Assist in keeping an accurate record of all pending and active campaign plans and maintain campaign schedules and availability of ad placements- Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results- Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions- Manage asset & data collection for various business needs such as Business Cases, Case Studies and QBRs

Minimum qualifications:- Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media - Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills - Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc Preferred qualifications:- Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional language skills - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit- Great knowledge of the PC-Console Gaming industry
